    2. How do I transfer my domain name to Twenty14.net DNS servers? - Top

    You can use our Domain Services located on the Domain page. By selecting "Safe Transfer" your site will be safely moved by a full notifications and approval process. For some reason the transfer fails the fee will be refunded. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    3. Does e-mail or FTP count against my bandwidth limit? - Top

    Yes. All FTP and incoming/outgoing e-mail traffic counts against your total bandwidth. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    4. What happens if I exceed my allocated bandwidth? - Top

    You will receive an automatic e-mail message warning you that you have reached 80% of your contracted limit. This should give you plenty of time to contact TWENTY14.NET and purchase more bandwidth. Once you have exceeded your limit, your account is suspended for the rest of the current month. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    5. How can I edit a mySQL database table without creating an application? - Top

    Cpanel permits access to phpMyAdmin to edit mySQL tables through the use of SQL query language. This only applies to Web Builder and above accounts. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    6. Do you show banners or ads on my site? - Top

    7. How do I enable SSI in my HTML pages? - Top

    To take advantage of Server Side Includes(SSI) in your web page, make sure the web page has the extension .SHTML and not .HTML. Just use the Save As feature in your programs file menu and select .SHTML - Updated: April 10, 2006

    8. How do I access webmail for my server? - Top

    If you wish to cancel your TWENTY14.NET account, please open a support ticket with the billing department. Your information will need to be verified before any action will be taken. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    13. What DNS should my domain name point to? - Top

    Our Sales department will send you an E-mail which will instruct you which DNS server to assign your domain name to. If your are not clear on what to do, open a ticket to our support department and we will instruct you on how to resolve this. Be sure and go to our Domain page and select our Domain Services.     14. Can I select my own user account name? - Top

    When you fill in the sign up for service form you will see a text box where you may request your username and password. Be sure and use 8 character and digit combination user name and password to prevent third party hacking. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    15. How do I access my Cpanel website control panel? - Top

    Launch your web browser to your domain name: http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel You will be prompted to login. Use the login which was setup with your account. Login and your CPANEL will pop up on your screen. If you have any questions about how to use the features on your CPANEL go to our Tutorial on the Support page and select the tutorial movie, which interest you. You will see your confidence grow as you watch each tutorial movie because they plainly show you how each step is done. Very explanatory! - Updated: April 10, 2006

    16. What control panel is offered with your hosting packages? - Top

    All our web hosting sites are equipped with CPANEL. We use the latest version of CPANEL and consider it to be the best in the industry. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    17. What type of support do you offer? - Top

    We offer E-mail support and our Support Center Tracking system. This allows for better tracking of your problem report. You may open a ticket with Sales, Billing or Support department in our Support Center Tracking system. The ticket will be forwarded directly to the department you selected. You will receive a confirmation that the ticket has been opened and your ticket is automatically assigned a tracking number. You can log in using the username you created when you open the ticket and check the status of your ticket at anytime you wish.     18. Who do I contact in case of a billing problem? - Top

    Should you believe you have a discrepancy in your account Twenty14.net hosting account please go to the support page and submit a ticket to our billing department. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    19. How do I upgrade my package? - Top

    Use our contact page or submit a ticket to Sales department stating which package which you wish to upgrade to. We offer a vast range of packages which cover most web hosting needs. We will upgrade your package and you will be notified by our automated system of the upgrade. - Updated: April 10, 2006

    20. I have been notified that my account has been set up but my site is still not active? - Top

    If your account is new and you don’t currently have a domain name you can use our domain services to purchase a domain name. However, if that is not the case be sure you have pointed your Domain Name to our DNS servers. This information was sent to you in an E-mail once we provisioned your account. If you have received a notification e-mail and it's been over 48 hours, it means either that you did not point your domain name to the right DNS servers, or that your ISP's DNS server has not yet been updated. It generally takes 24 hours for domain names to become active. Each new or transferred domain names may require at least 24-72 hours to propagate across the Internet. This is normal.

    21. I received a notice that my account is setup but when I access my web site it fails. What do I need to do to correct this? - Top

    Please verify that you have selected the correct DNS (Domain Name Server) as well as allowed at least 24 hours minimum for the domain name to propagate across the Internet. If you’re not sure please contact us using the Contacts page or open a support ticket.

    Generally, if all of your billing information is in order, it should take between 12-24 hours to set up your account. We often process orders the same day as they are submitted.
